I have given up. I cannot get the Dock to launch on my new Windows 10 computer. My GPS is connected and shows connected. It does nothing. I have tried a message to tech support with no resolution. My GPS says it needs map update, my old XP seems to update GPS, but even after updates, my GPS gives me a message at start-up that map is older than one year.

The Dock program is listed as being compatible with the following operating systems:
Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10
MAC OS X 10.5 and higher, Intel-based only (El Capitan requires XQuartz version 2.7.8)
As you can see, Windows 10 is mentioned in the list as being a supported OS for this application.

If you have the possibility try connecting the device to computer if you can't charge it properly. Some devices are optimized (especially GPS devices) top charge when they're connected to the USB or to the AC Car adapter. If you have charging activity on the screen, you might need to replace the charger as it's faulty.
Program won't load on TND 720 LM and won't work on PC either. What can I do? I've just purchased this unit from Best Buy in March 2014. I was using it mainly as a rear view back camera and 7-inch screen. I'm disabled and need a GPS plus back up camera and screen.
